If tracking information is not updated immediately, please allow 24 hours for activation.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the package and product to help us investigate.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
