Refund & Cancellation Policy

At True Heart Foundation, we value trust, transparency, and customer well‑being. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on our website can be cancelled or refunded. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID through our official contact details.

  • Once approved, a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our facility.

  • In such cases, please refer to the Refund & Return section below.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

In such cases:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Do not use or dispose of the product before approval

  • Once verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement

    • A refund, based on availability and your preference

Not Eligible for Refund / Return

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
